Sid has been involved in the commercial real estate industry since 1991. For the last 11 consecutive years, Sid has been Bray & Co.'s top producer of commercial real estate sales and leasing. In 1996, Sid passed all required boards to receive his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation and continues to maintain the organization's high standards of professionalism and integrity. Sid's other professional affiliations include Mesa County Association of Realtors, Colorado Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).
Sid is the exclusive leasing agent for five shopping centers, four office buildings and several warehouses in the Grand Junction area. He handles multi-million dollar commercial property sales and exchange transactions. Sid assists national, regional and local tenants with site selection and works closely with property owners to ensure the satisfaction of all parties.
